On 11th April 2009 Rohana Bakhshi had this to say about Ryanair... Outgoing flight was fine and on time. However in Marrakech our flight back was cancelled 'due to weather conditions' even though other flights were coming and going. Our flight was at 10am but were not told anything till 12pm and then the nightmare began - we had to wait about 2 hours to get back through immigration and when we finally did we had to then queue for another 3 hours at the Ryanair helpdesk just to get a refund. The staff were rude and unhelpful and in the end most passengers had to rearrange their own flights back as there was no availability for days on Ryanair! The whole experience was horrific especially as we had two young children with us and everyone was tired, frustrated and hungry. I would not recommend this airline to anyone and would not travel myself - opt for Easyjet.
